Who is the course for?

Designed to provide training in accordance with The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER 98), this course is for anyone involved with the use, inspection or mounting of abrasive wheels at work.

What are the aims of the course?

To ensure candidates:

  • Understand all current legislation
  • Demonstrate the safe fitting and use of abrasive wheels in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.

    Safety Requirements

    Because the course is carried out on site, candidates must strictly adhere to the client’s site regulations and requirements.

    Candidates must wear PPE at all times during instruction
